We offer Free of Charge:

•    A weekly meeting between HelexZone and the Clients Nominated Manager.
•    A monthly meeting between HelexZone and the General Manager of the Site.
•    Advice Service (via the telephone) whenever Client Management ring any of HelexZone Senior Management.

Our Company Personnel:

•    All Company Personnel are immaculately presented in appropriate attire. 
•    Senior Management takes an active role in all Clients Sites. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers are fully conversant in all aspects of Security Operations. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers are qualified first aid attendants. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers undertake an OH&S awareness course. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers undertake (every 12 to 18 months) cross exposure at other client sites. 
•    Certain line Security & Safety Officers have been with the company since the beginning. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers have all signed the company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures Manual. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers have undertaken the Responsible Service of Alcohol course. 
•    All Security & Safety Officers (after initial 3 month trial period) undertake fire awareness, first attack fire fighting and basic warden courses with the NSW Fire Brigade. 
•    All Managers and Supervisors are accredited consultants, OH&S committee members and Workplace Assessment & Training Certificate IV.
